Saturday’s chicken bog and homemade cake sale fundraiser was a huge success. Overall, we raised approximately $400, which is going to pay the registration for those going to Youth Quest. That gives us over $650 raised. That’s awesome!
Thank you to everyone who helped make it a success and to those who couldn’t stay long, but did come by to say hi. It was great just to see you there.

To raise some money for Youth Quest, we are hosting a Chicken Bog & Homemade Cake Sale at Gene’s Pawn Shop on Highway 52 in Moncks Corner. Here are the details:
Where: Gene’s Pawn Shop (old Badcock) next to the Taco Bell on Highway 52
When: Saturday, May 15th from 10am-3pm

Thank you to everyone who donated, helped, prayed, or supported in any way for our yard sale. We needed it. We started at 6am and ran through 1:30pm, and boy it was busy. In the end, God showed up and showed off in a big way. We raised $382.50. That is well beyond what I expected. I guess Ephesians 3:20 showed itself true.
I want to say a big personal thank you to the following people:
You guys totally rock. You were available early this morning, and stayed all day. Without you, this yard sale couldn’t have and wouldn’t have been a raging success. And let me give a shout-out to Robby Odom for helping us pack everything last night. That saved us a ton of time this morning.
